When we found out with little warning that our rental house was being sold we called Mary Robins. We were living in another state and had a tight deadline. Mary was great from the start. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Mary and Lindsey to purchase our first home in Gilbertsville a few months ago. We had worked with the team in the past to look at houses before we found “the one.” Mary is amazing – she is super knowledgeable, worked extremely hard on behalf of us, was always responsive and patient with all our questions and requests. We had asked in the past to look at a number of houses and she was always very quick to respond and provide us with any requested information. We looked at A LOT of them – and requested information on even MORE – and she never complained or was too busy to respond. A few times when Mary was not available, we were fortunate that Lindsey was available to help us out – Lindsey is extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and made looking at houses fun. We went to one that was a little “kooky” and had a great time checking out the property with her. We knew we were in good hands with either member of the team. When we finally did decide on a house, it was an absolutely painless process – Mary dealt with our anxieties and all our questions expertly and with a smile. Neither Mary nor Lindsey were pushy AT ALL and it always felt like they had OUR best interests at heart. When the buyer asked to push out our settlement date, Mary advocated on our behalf because she knew we wanted to get into our house ASAP. We cannot say enough good things about Mary and Lindsey.
